France Rugby World Cup 2019 Squad & Team Profile

France has announced their player’s list for the 2019 Rugby World Cup in Japan. In their squad, most of the players are not so much experienced but all are young folks. Recent head coach Jacques Brunel predicted team France will play well in this tournament.

In the inaugural Rugby World Cup in 1987 and 1999 as well as 2011 France was the runners-up team. Additionally, France performed their best as third place at 1995 Rugby World Cup and last world cup in 2019, they went from back at quarter-finals. Right now team France holds the 8th positing on the Rugby World ranking.

Before this world cup, France will face Scotland to play their warm-up matches on 17 & 31 August. And they will play their very first match against Argentina on 21st September at Tokyo Stadium.
